Ensuring Brand Standards

To ensure brand standards, we maintain ownership of all CQ Infused Beverage Systems.

All of our parts have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If any of your equipment is starting to look weathered, just let us know, and we'll swap it out with new parts. We go through great lengths to make sure anyone who is part of our program always has all of their equipment in good working order, conducting Quarterly Subscriber Updates to identify and rectify any equipment issues or shortages. We even offer complimentary equipment replacement on an annual basis. Our program, however, DOES NOT cover gross negligence, loss, or theft.

We necessarily incorporate severe financial consequences for unreturned equipment into every agreement since the incorrect or unauthorized use of our equipment (i.e., being filled simply with water or beverages that do not contain the proper mixtures of CQ Purees and water or other authorized liquids) can directly damage our brand, your brand, hoteliers, restaurateurs, foodservice providers and most importantly our customer loyalty. Alcohol is not an authorized liquid and may not be used inside the CQ Infused Beverage System(s). CQ Infused Beverage Systems Exchange Fees

We always want you to look your best. So if a part breaks or deteriorates, DON’T throw it away! It’s your ticket to receiving an exchange part. The exchange process is simple, login to your subscriber portal and submit the “Replace Equipment” Form. When the replacement parts arrive, swap out your old parts with the new part. A prepaid FedEx RMA Label will be on the inner flap of the box for your convenience. To avoid being billed for lost, stolen or unreturned parts, please return the used parts within 15-days.

Lost, Stolen or Unreturned CQ Infused Beverage System Fees

If you need to cancel your account, login to your subscriber portal and submit the “Cancel My Account” Form. To avoid being billed for lost, stolen or unreturned parts, please return all of our equipment within 15-days.

We understand that instances will arise in our customer base where food and beverage needs/requirements change, and our program no longer fits in a particular business model. In the spirit of cooperative partnership, we make every effort to work with such customers to find an alternative solution or, if one cannot be found, to terminate the agreement and amicably part ways. Our program DOES NOT cover gross negligence, loss, or theft. Our brand hinges upon delivering consistent infusion jar equipment that is filled only with a consistent, recognizable CQ puree flavor in every instance that the equipment is utilized. We maintain ownership of all equipment for this reason.
